The summer's rhythm.
Four Friday Circle calls with Courtney Β· four Pod Connection Calls in between Β· four Subtle Mushroom Office Hours with Autum on alternating Tuesdays. Recordings of each call land in your inbox by Sunday evening.
Week 1 Β· Your womantra β naming who you are becoming.
Write your womantra β your own statement of yourself as a free woman, having your own way in this one wild life. Doesn't have to rhyme. Doesn't have to make sense to anyone but you. Speak it daily and carry it forward through the summer.
What's the version of me this summer is quietly trying to deliver?
Mushroom Office Hours with Autum.
A relaxed space to explore your subtle mushroom practice β questions, answers, what's coming up, what's working, what's tender. Drop in for a few minutes or stay the whole hour.
Week 2 Β· Pod Connection Call.
A smaller, intimate circle with your pod sisters. Witness, accountability, and the quiet kind of holding that only happens in a small room. Format flows from what the pod brings.
Week 3 Β· The weekly treat β pleasure as a practice.
Schedule one purely pleasurable thing for yourself, every day this week. No utility, no productivity, no "earning it." A real walk. A real bath. A real song you sing loud in the car. A flower from the grocery store. Whatever feels like pleasure to you.
What kept getting in the way of letting myself have this?
Mushroom Office Hours with Autum.
Same gentle Q&A space with Autum. Bring whatever's surfaced in your subtle mushroom practice these past two weeks.
Week 4 Β· Pod Connection Call.
Your pod, again. Halfway through the summer β a check-in, a re-grounding, a chance to share what's shifting.
Week 5 Β· The desire list β saying what you want, out loud.
Write your desire list. Anything. Tiny to vast. A nap. A new pair of slippers. A trip without anyone needing you. Quiet on Saturday morning. A new job. Sex. Post it somewhere you'll see it β the fridge, the bedroom door. Watch what comes.
Which desire surprised me most β and why have I been hiding it?
Mushroom Office Hours with Autum.
Drop in with anything that's stirring in your practice. No agenda β yours to shape.
Week 6 Β· Pod Connection Call.
Pod time. The deepening continues.
Week 7 Β· Bragging practice β letting yourself be witnessed.
Daily this week, brag β out loud, in writing, or to a trusted woman β about one good thing. Anything from "I drank a full glass of water" to "I held a hard conversation with grace." Stop minimizing. Take up the room you've already earned.
What does it feel like in my body to brag, instead of deflect?
Mushroom Office Hours with Autum.
The final office hours of the summer. Bring it all.
Week 8 Β· Pod Connection Call.
The closing pod gathering of the summer. A chance to land what you'll carry forward into the rest of your year β together, in the small circle that has held you these eight weeks.
After Week 8, the practice doesn't end β it ripens. Carry your womantra, your desire list, and the slow medicine of this summer into the rest of your year.
At a glance.
The whole summer β every Friday, every Tuesday office hour, every pod β laid out on one page so you can see the rhythm.

DownloadIf you source through Mama Dose.
For women who don't cultivate or have access to the mushroom, you may choose to acquire your sacrament through Mama Dose — small-batch growers who've extended a 25% gift to women in this program.
Mini Microdose Capsules — .10g per capsule of a more potent strain
These let you slowly increase your communion by .10 grams at a time. You can swallow the capsule, or open it and empty the powder into juice or onto the tongue (Courtney's preferred method) for those who don't prefer to swallow capsules.
Mama Dose also offers gummies, but these are .20–.30 grams per gummy, which doesn't allow for slow scaling up in subtle dosage over the 8 weeks.
Please reference your custom subtle mushroom plan for an example of what your 8-week communion plan could look like. Always fall back on your intuition and adjust accordingly.
Code applies to sacred mushrooms only. Excludes functional mushrooms, bundles, and merch. Sourcing is always your own free choice and responsibility. Mama Dose is a separately organized entity, unaffiliated with Psanctuary Church.
Subtle Mushroom Office Hours with Autum.
Every other Tuesday morning, Autum opens a relaxed space to explore your subtle mushroom practice β questions, answers, what's coming up, what's working, what's tender. Drop in for a few minutes or stay the whole hour. All sessions are recorded and sent by email so you can join live, watch later, or both.
Four sessions across the eight weeks, every other Tuesday at 10 AM Eastern.
This Private Space exists to lift each other up, to see and be seen, and to allow time to collapse and quantum leaps to occur. Each Patron honors that container by agreeing to the following five circle agreements, which form a covenant among all Patrons present.
Welcome Everything. Meet whatever arises in the circle β joy, grief, doubt, wonder β with openness rather than resistance. Allow your own experience and the experience of others to be exactly what it is.
Check Assumptions. Notice the stories, judgments, and interpretations you bring with you. When in doubt, ask rather than assume; remain curious rather than certain.
Reveal Your Experience. Share honestly from your own inner experience. Truth-telling β gently, in your own time β is what makes the circle real.
Own Your Experience. Speak from your own perspective using "I" language. Take responsibility for your feelings, choices, and interpretations rather than placing them on another.
Honor Self & Others. Tend to your own well-being and the well-being of the circle. Listen without fixing, advising, or interrupting unless invited. Hold whatever is shared as a sacred trust.
These five agreements come from Section 11 of the Exhale Affidavit of Knowing β the full document you signed at registration. The complete AoK lives in your Resources above.
