Tea, Talk & Treats.
A cozy space to connect with other AHmazing women who are growing, learning, and lifting each other up. Come as you are — leave a little more you.
No agenda, no pressure — just good company, warm tea, a few treats, and real conversation among women who get it. Light and fun, with an intentional heart: we come together to be seen, to share what's alive in us, and to cheer each other on.

Simple, warm, real.
- Great tea, warm conversation, and a little something sweet — treats, of course.
- A handful of gentle prompts to spark honest, heart-open conversation.
- A circle of women who are growing and rooting for one another.
- Space to laugh, exhale, and remember you're not doing this alone.
Gifted to attend — open-heart donations are always welcome and help sustain our community work.
How we hold the container.
A few gentle agreements we practice together in Psanctuary spaces — the ones that make honest, heart-open conversation possible.

01
Welcome Everything
Turn toward what is already happening rather than push it away. Notice thoughts, feelings, and experiences as they are — without labeling them good or bad.
-
02
Check Assumptions
Our brains are always drawing conclusions to protect us — and left unchecked, those assumptions can quietly build walls between us. When you notice one, slow down and try: "Can I share what I'm assuming with you, and see how it lands?"

03
Reveal Your Experience
Like a Russian doll, most of us only show the outer layer. This container invites you to lean into your edge and share one layer deeper — pausing first to ask yourself: Is what I'm about to reveal in service of connection here?
-
04
Own Your Experience
Speak from your own perspective with "I" statements — the foundation of non-violent communication. Your experience is yours alone, and owning it is where your power to create change lives.
-
05
Honor Self & Others
Track how much space you take and how much you make room for others. Notice how much you share and how much you hold back — and gently move toward balance.
-
06
Confidentiality by Request
Rather than a blanket rule, we practice confidentiality on request — meaning if you share something you'd like held privately, you can ask before, during, or after speaking. This honors that we sometimes only realize the weight of what we've shared afterward, and it lets everyone remember and hold what feels sacred without carrying the burden of guarding everything.
