Psacred Circles

At Psanctuary, our Psacred Circles serve as intentional gatherings designed to foster spiritual growth, authentic connection, and personal transformation within a supportive and sacred container. Whether held virtually or in person, these circles provide a space for deep reflection, shared wisdom, and community healing through structured yet fluid experiences.

Each circle is led by a trained and ordained Friends & Family Minister who is deeply engaged with the community and aligned with Psanctuary’s Mission, Core Values, and Guiding Principles. The structure of our circles follows a rhythmic flow, guiding participants through meaningful moments of grounding, sharing, and integration.

Each Psacred Circle follows a structured flow designed to create a meaningful and cohesive experience:

• Welcome & Introduction
  The facilitator shares the theme or intention of the circle, introduces themselves, and explains the flow.
• Review Circle Agreements
  The group reviews Psanctuary’s Circle Agreements and provides explicit consent to follow them.
• Introduction Activity 
  Participants check in by sharing their name and a personal reflection.
• Opening Meditation
  A grounding exercise or meditation sets the tone.
• Prompted Journaling
  Participants engage in guided journaling with a short pause for a water or bio break.
• Facilitated Group Activity
  Interactive or breakout activities aligned with the theme.
• Closing Group Activity
  A recap and gratitude practice where participants share impacts or appreciations.
• Closing Meditation
  The circle concludes with a grounding meditation to close the space intentionally.

Our in-person circles take place at The Reiki Center for Healing Arts in Columbus, OH.

Ample accessible parking is available both in front and behind the building, which is shared with Grandview Travel.

While we love welcoming families into our community, our Psacred Circles are not currently family-friendly. We hope to offer child-friendly options in the future, but at this time, we do not provide childcare during our scheduled circles.

Not at all! Our circles are open to both newcomers and seasoned members alike. Whether you are new to spiritual gatherings or have been participating in similar spaces for years, you are welcome.

Psanctuary operates on a donation-based model, and while contributions are not required for official Psanctuary members, they are deeply appreciated. Donations help sustain our sacred work and support our ability to offer meaningful experiences.

We encourage you to bring:

• A journal and pen for reflection.
• A water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Any personal items that help you feel grounded (e.g., a small altar item, a cushion, or a blanket).
• Dress in layers depending on the season, as the building could fluctuate in temperature.

All Psacred Circle leads must be at minimum an ordained Friends & Family Minister, completing 16+ weeks of minister training and community building with Psanctuary. This comprehensive training covers:

• Safety and Ethics in Psychedelic Spaces
  Spoken and unspoken guidelines.
• Core Facilitation Skills
  How to be a "psychedelic samurai" with presence and awareness.
• Preparation, Orientation, and Integration 
  Ensuring a well-rounded participant experience.
• Serving a Diverse Community
  Making sure everyone feels seen and heard.
• Emotional Bonding and Boundaries
  Connecting deeply without compromising personal boundaries. Facilitators undergo ongoing mentorship and evaluation to ensure they are prepared to lead circles in alignment with Psanctuary’s mission and values.

No, sacrament communion is not part of our Psacred Circles. These gatherings are intended for community connection, reflection, and spiritual exploration without the use of sacrament. Sacrament communion only occurs during ceremonies at a separate location for our ordained ministers.
